We are seeking additional support for various projects in system development for Japanese companies under the guidance of our CTO, Kevin.
We are seeking student software engineers who shall gain hands on experience in both front-end and back-end development, must have some experience in React/TypeScript and back-end development.
Job Details
- Duration: Minimum 3 months and renewable every month thereafter.
- Location: Fully remote position. Must have own computer.
- Monthly Work Hours: Full-time (160 hours per month); if hours worked are less than 144, the compensation will be calculated on an hourly basis (monthly maximum divided by the number of hours worked).
- Monthly Compensation: PKR 50,000-90,000 with pay rises based on performance. Salary shall be finalised after interviews depending on your experience (you will be tested during the interview period).
Main Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Develop websites and applications using React and TypeScript.
Back-End Development: Design and maintain server-side, databases, and APIs.
Requirements
- Front-End Knowledge: Some experience with React and TypeScript.
- Back-End Knowledge: Some experience in Python, SQL, and ideally Node.js.
- Cloud Service Experience: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team: Strong communication skills.
- Basic web development knowledge: HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
-Strong English written and spoken communication
Skills: No requirement for Japanese language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience in DevOps/CI/CD
- Container Technology Knowledge: Some experience in Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes would be a plus.
