Global Trolley is seeking a diligent and proactive HR & Administration Executive to support our human resources and administrative functions. This role focuses on recruitment and talent acquisition, enhancing employee relations, managing payroll administration, and developing HR policies in alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth office administration, while maintaining compliance with HR policy frameworks. Fresh graduates and early career professionals with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply. This position does not involve team management but requires effective collaboration within the HR and administration departments. The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word, and excellent organizational abilities to handle daily office activities. The role demands attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While female candidates are preferred, the company welcomes applicants who are motivated to contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and efficient administrative processes within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection procedures to attract qualified talent.
  • Support onboarding activities ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization and have access to necessary resources and orientation.
  • Administer payroll activities by coordinating with finance departments and verifying attendance and leave records to guarantee accurate and timely compensation.
  • Maintain and update HR policy frameworks aligned with company standards and legal requirements, proposing recommendations for policy improvements.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues fairly, and promoting a supportive workplace atmosphere.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with data protection policies and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand HR needs and assist in developing strategic initiatives to enhance workforce performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on HR metrics and administrative activities to senior management.
  • Stay informed on current HR trends, best practices, and legal changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
