General responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintaining Document.
- Reviewing the Header/Footer for each document.
- Assigning a proper number to each document.
- Assuring the correct template used for documents.
- Assuring proper formatting of documents (Styles should be as per standard template)
- Saving documents in the proper location.
- PM /Team members.
- Saving documents in the proper place.
- Assigning document numbers and maintaining document Index.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Well versed with MS office and working on a spreadsheet.
