- Identify potential customers and businesses in need of energy-efficient solutions by researching and analyzing market trends and target demographics.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our energy installation services, build rapport, and gather information about their energy needs.
- Lead development
- Sales closure and contract execution
- Maintain a strong understanding of our energy-efficient products and services, as well as the benefits they offer to customers.
- Providing customers with information about the campaign
- Able to make 80-100 calls per day.
Qualifications:
- Previous 1-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
- Flexible and can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in selling added value and negotiating are essential.
- Previous work experience in energy campaigns is preferable but not mandatory.
- Strictly with sales experience (preferably cold calls, phone-based sales experience B2C in the UK)
