Global House is seeking a dedicated Office Boy to join our team at a convenient location near Parade Ground Metro Station, Islamabad. This role requires a responsible and punctual individual who is committed to maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and communication skills, and is able to commute easily via Metro, preferably residing locally in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, catering to the routine needs of the office with a focus on efficiency and reliability. The Office Boy will not be managing a team but must demonstrate the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This position is pivotal to ensuring smooth office operations through diligent cleaning, maintenance, and timely completion of duties. Candidates with at least one year of experience who are hardworking and conscientious will find this role rewarding. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Perform regular maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep of office equipment and facilities.
Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the designated working hours.
Communicate efficiently with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any maintenance issues encountered.
Support office operations by running errands such as document delivery, supply management, and assisting staff as needed.
Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are used properly and stored safely after use.
Adhere to company policies and safety standards while carrying out all responsibilities.
Assist in organizing meeting rooms and ensuring all office areas are well-prepared for daily activities.
Report any damage, repairs, or unusual occurrences immediately to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with office staff and visitors.
