What will you do?

  • You will exercise extreme ownership and lead a team of self-driven engineers and designers 
  • You will act as a primary stakeholder along with the customer and ensure the smooth delivery of the product with every sprint.
  • You will be responsible to hire and build the team and also to mentor juniors to help them achieve their full potential.
  • You will define and enforce the team processes which include the development and deployment SOPs

Your background and qualifications 

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of industry experience in a Software Engineer role
  • Experience of leading team(s) and delivering projects/products is a must have.
  • Strong, hands-on web development and system design experience. The ideal candidate would be a full-stack engineer with prior experience in handling system design problems.
  • Experience with multiple development stacks is a big plus
  • Experience with lead generation and business development is a big plus
  • Experience with freelancing platform is a big plus.
