We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary to the CEO. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the executive leadership and contribute significantly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations.
    • Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate smooth communication within the organization and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Travel Management:
    • Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Task Management:
    • Assist in managing and prioritizing the CEO’s daily tasks and projects.
    • Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely execution of action points.
