We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our restaurant-based team. This role is critical in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving financial efficiency to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budget utilization, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain annual budgets in collaboration with management.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including VAT, sales tax, and income tax filings.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Inventory and Cost Management:
- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to monitor inventory costs and ensure efficient stock management.
- Analyze food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses to maximize profitability.
Financial Strategy and Analysis:
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement based on market trends and business data.

- Implement financial policies, systems, and controls to enhance operational efficiency. 6.Team Collaboration:
- Train and supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to align financial goals with operational strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

In-depth understanding of financial principles and restaurant operations.
