YAZAR Foundation is seeking a full-time Media & Operations Executive to join our team in G-11, Islamabad. This role focuses on enhancing our digital presence through effective video editing, digital marketing strategies, and social media management. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with operational efficiency to support the growth and smooth running of the foundation's activities. This position requires at least three years of relevant experience and a proactive approach to executing tasks as assigned by the founder. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it demands strong independent work skills and attention to detail. The Media & Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining day-to-day operational activities while simultaneously driving digital engagement through content creation and marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for producing compelling video content and overseeing social media channels to maximize audience reach and interaction. This role will significantly contribute to company growth by enhancing brand visibility and improving internal operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content to support digital marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and timely communication.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the foundation, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities.
Execute tasks and projects assigned by the founder, supporting organizational goals and deadlines.
Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide reports to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain clear and organized records related to marketing and operational activities.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required to support marketing and operational tasks.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in operations and suggest innovative solutions.
Support the company’s growth objectives by aligning marketing activities with operational planning.
