Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of four individuals, providing direction, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of meal programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Establish, implement and continually improve meal management strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to assess their needs and preferences for meal services.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and identification of development opportunities for team members.
  • Develop project plans for meal initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address challenges and conflicts that arise within the team or during service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to meal operations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance skills and knowledge related to meal management practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align meal programs with organizational goals and objectives, promoting interdepartmental synergy.
