Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in executing and tracking sales strategies, ensuring effective communication, and providing administrative support.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, handle inquiries and ensure high satisfaction by managing service expectations.
  • Oversee the sales order process, ensure accurate and timely order entries, and coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery.
  • Maintain and generate sales performance reports, analyze trends, and communicate insights to assist management in strategic planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the sales processes, suggesting and implementing optimized workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to align sales objectives and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
