Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and pricing agreements.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analysis for management.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for stock availability.
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 of experience in sales support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
