Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase goods, materials, and services required by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
Work to secure the best pricing while maintaining quality and ensuring that the purchasing process is cost-effective.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products or services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory, and prepare reports as needed.
Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Work closely with internal departments, such as production, finance, and logistics, to ensure that purchasing aligns with operational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
