Chemical Engineer

Ghani Value Glass seeks a dedicated Chemical Engineer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of 30 professionals, overseeing chemical processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality within our manufacturing environment. This role requires expert knowledge in process simulation and optimization to enhance production capabilities and meet organizational goals. The Chemical Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Responsibilities

Develop and optimize chemical processes to improve productivity, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Utilize process simulation techniques to design and assess process modifications and new process implementations.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve operational issues related to chemical processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations in all chemical engineering activities.
Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
Support the scale-up of laboratory processes to pilot and full-scale production levels.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation related to process changes and project outcomes.
Train and mentor engineering staff to develop technical capabilities and professional growth.
Participate in continuous improvement programs with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction.
Evaluate new technologies and materials for potential integration into existing processes.
