The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
Responsibilities
Network Management:
- Administer and monitor computer networks.
- Adjust network performance as needed.
Technical Support:
- Address hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
System Maintenance:
- Perform routine hardware and software maintenance.
- Manage and support servers and technology tools.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement data protection measures.
- Perform regular data backups.
Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Manage IT equipment inventory.
- Recommend technology improvements.
IT Support
- Provide IT support to end user.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with network administration and technical support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network and server management.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with cloud computing.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
