We seek a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Team lead for our Energy Billing Project.
Our energy Billing project is USA-based and this will be a night-shift job

As the Supervisor of the Energy Billing Project, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end billing processes related to our energy services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of billing systems and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing procedures and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- intermediate or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy billing
- Proven experience with billing systems and software in the energy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and the development sector.
