PHP Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, specializing in the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance.
Implement APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in PHP and Laravel development.
Work with database systems like MySQL, optimizing queries and database structure.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in the Laravel framework.
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React (optional but preferred).
Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with testing tools like PHPUnit.
Knowledge of Docker or other containerization technologies.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
