We’re looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. What You’ll Do:

  • Establish a strong presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Instagram, and others to generate quality leads.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and build meaningful connections.
  • Host virtual meetings to establish trust and understand client needs.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to meet their evolving requirements.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), boosting engagement and reach.
  • Design and execute creative social media strategies to elevate our brand.
  • Optimize our website and digital platforms for SEO to increase organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Analyze and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Propose and implement strategies to improve sales, client satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into sales and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Proven success with freelancer platforms and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and close deals.
  • Experience in SEO, social media management, and marketing campaigns.
  • A background in IT or tech concepts is a plus!
  • Availability for evening shifts (4:00PM - 1:00AM).
