Our packaging company is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join the team as part of our customer service department. An ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure to respond to customer's inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- The company's policies should be followed when it comes to handling orders, returns, and refunds.
- Provide support to our production team in order to ensure that products are delivered on time.
- Information about the product, its price, and its availability should be provided to customers.
- Resolve complaints and issues raised by customers and troubleshoot them.
- It is important to maintain accurate records of customers and orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by collaborating with the sales team on a daily basis.
