Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks as directed by Supervisors, Area FLL, or Management.
- Perform operations in multiple areas including Blistering, Blowing, Filling, Packing, and Packing Stores/Quarantine Area.
- Adhere strictly to quality and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards by following the Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS protocols daily.
- Carry out all packaging activities within the production department while maintaining area readiness according to compliance standards.
- Conduct area and line clearance, changeovers, and in-process checks as required.
- Accurately complete and maintain all relevant production and packaging documentation.
- Operate machinery and support production processes to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation.
- Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Graduate degree with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industrial environment.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Reliable attendance with willingness to work on-site shifts.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues effectively.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong focus on Data Integrity and attention to detail.
- Digital fluency and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP) regulations.
- Knowledge of Lean Management principles and packaging operations.
- Effective problem-solving and production management capabilities.
- Understanding of quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Awareness of risk management in a production environment.
