We are looking for a seasoned GM Factory to lead and manage all aspects of mill operations, including production, administration, stores, logistics, security, and government/public relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong textile industry background, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall mill operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Visionary and possessing excellent leadership qualities
- Lead production, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Manage administration and industrial relations
- Supervise stores, inventory management, and logistics
- Ensure security and safety protocols are in place
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Implement quality management systems (QMS) and environmental management systems (EMS)
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
