Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import operations.
Coordinate with shippers, suppliers, and banks for shipment tracking and documentation.
Analyze shipping documents for customs clearance and financial instruments.
Report import goods statements, landed costs, and maintain stock records.
Negotiate with suppliers/vendors based on customer requirements.
Handle payment transfers, shipment clearance, and explore new vendors for procurement
Coordinate with technical departments for specifications.
Manage purchase requisitions, arrange proforma invoices, and deal with local dealers and foreign principals.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, insurance companies, and clearing agents for import/export shipments.
Record GRNs
Maintain stock positions, accounts ledgers, and handle tax records, including DTRE customs house records

Requirements:

Minimum graduation in relevant field.
Must have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
