As a key member of the Geetu Freight team, the Sales Representative plays an essential role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. With at least one year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, the ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional product knowledge and utilizes customer relationship management (CRM) software to enhance client interactions. This role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Sales Representative effectively engages with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with Geetu Freight's services.
Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct sales calls to potential clients, presenting Geetu Freight's services and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address client queries.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage customer information, and analyze client interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to convert prospects into clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points of Geetu Freight.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring that both client and company interests are met.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, presenting insights to assist with strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to cultivate new client relationships and expand professional networks.
