🔹 Role Overview
This role focuses on monitoring operational data related to waste, fleet, and personnel management while ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in tracking devices and CMS data effectively.
Analyze text, spatial, and packet data using web-based portals for comprehensive insights.
Prepare detailed reports utilizing advanced features in Excel to support decision-making.
Coordinate communication between internal teams to provide actionable insights and solutions.
Maintain smooth and responsive operation of web portals used for monitoring and data retrieval.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and management to uphold the integrity of CRM systems.
Utilize CRM software proficiently to track customer interactions and resolve issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing corrective measures.
Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer service challenges.
Document procedures and maintain proper records to facilitate transparency and audit readiness.
