Gateway Maple is seeking a dedicated Visa Consultant to join our team, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree and may be either experienced or fresh, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. The consultant plays a critical role in assessing visa applications and advising clients effectively, ensuring a smooth and successful visa acquisition process. As a Visa Consultant at Gateway Maple, you will also be responsible for managing a small team of two persons, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. You will lead your team in conducting client interviews, assessing documentation, and maintaining high standards of client service and compliance. Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements and application procedures.
Conduct thorough client interviews to collect necessary information and assess eligibility.
Verify and assess all submitted documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
Evaluate visa applications and advise clients on the strengths and potential issues related to their cases.
Manage client relationships by maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns throughout the application process.
Lead and supervise a team of two consultants, ensuring smooth coordination and quality control of tasks.
Organize and conduct training sessions and meetings to enhance team knowledge and performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies to provide accurate and current advice.
Utilize active listening skills to understand client situations and tailor counseling appropriately.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the visa application process.
Prepare reports and documentation related to client cases and team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all visa consulting activities.
