Responsibilities:
- CSRs:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

- Verifiers:
- Verify customer information and eligibility for products/services.
- Update customer records and databases accurately.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Closers:
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to secure commitments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work on a US-based schedule.
