We are looking for a talented and result oriented Meta and Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for strategy implementing, and optimizing successful online advertising campaigns that drive targeted Leads & appointments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies across various platforms (Google & Meta Platforms) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify high-impact targeting opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
Provide daily reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Google & Meta Ads specialist, with a focus on managing successful online advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads etc.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Excellent copywriting and creative skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and engaging visuals.
Having lead generation case study will be plus point.
Must have graduation in marketing or related field.
Capability to create highly converting landing pages (Plus Point).
