We are a software house seeking a talented and driven Social Media & Community Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and expanding our online presence across multiple platforms, fostering a vibrant and engaged global community.

This position is instrumental in driving brand awareness, building a strong community, and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize accounts across platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, and Discord.
Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and reach across all social media platforms.
Implement spam control measures using bots and keyword filtering tools to maintain a high-quality community experience.

Community Analysis & Reporting:

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on community statistics, highlighting performance metrics and growth insights.
Analyze trends and insights to refine and guide future community strategies.

Influencer & Telegram Marketing:

Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility on Telegram, YouTube, and Instagram.
Lead Telegram marketing initiatives to cultivate and expand a global community.

Global Growth Strategy:

Execute a global marketing strategy aimed at achieving a community of 1 million members by the end of 2025.
Research and implement region-specific strategies to maximize growth and engagement.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute community-building campaigns, contests, and other promotional activities to foster engagement and loyalty.

Advertising & Branding:

Design and coordinate impactful advertisement banners and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
Strategically align advertising efforts to reinforce the brand message and attract a broader audience across diverse platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and growing online communities
Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and engagement practices.
Experience with influencer campaigns and Telegram-based marketing.
Analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance effectively.
Knowledge of spam control tools, bot management, and moderation techniques.
Familiarity with website branding workflows and design transitions is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in trading communities and digital marketing.
Experience with advertising platforms and managing ad campaigns.
