A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

This is Office based job & We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our UK based Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Requirements and skills:

  • Experienced and Fresh both are apply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Pressure Handler, Motivated and a problem solver

Qualification:

  • Intermediate
  • Bachelors

Preferably Masters

We offer basic salary plus incentives

Timings: 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM
