Job Responsibilities:
1. Renaming, scanning, and copying documents as needed.
2. Editing CVs and documents.
3. Creating emails for new applicants.
4. Booking TB appointments.
5. Printing and pasting tags on files and assessment forms.
6. Updating the online database of students and deposits as per company standards.
7. Maintaining records of deposits.
8. Welcoming students and assisting them with assessment forms.
9. Updating and managing staff attendance and login data sheets regularly.
10. Preparing welcome envelopes for all students and ensuring materials are available.
11. Checking laptops, headphones, etc., before student interviews.
12. Sharing daily login sheets, staff attendance, and break timing sheets in the company's official group.
13. Managing and keeping track of inventory.
