Main Responsibilities:
· Time estimates for different QA tasks.
· Act as primary point of contact for all QA related activities
· Should have complete track of tasks assignment among team members
· Update QA Manager/Assistant QA Manager and Project manager on status of running project
· Organize, plan, lead and control team members.
· Review all the QA artifacts and deliverables effectively.
· Decide which test cases will be automated, during or after last testing cycle.(Optional)
· Responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of QA process
· Monitor number of bugs and resolution of bug status with development team.
· Coordinate with QA team members
· Review artifacts and deliverables and give feedback
· Coordinate in defining acceptance test criteria for the application
· Coordinates in preparation of test cases and test data generation as per specification
Authorities
· Maintain QA Team as per need · QA Schedule.
· Preparation of different SQA related reports
Minimum Skills Required:
Academic Qualification(s):
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) or an equivalent of a degree in appropriate education and experience
Technical skills:
· Excellent knowledge of SDLC and Software Quality Assurance Life Cycle
· Excellent Verification and Validation skills
· In depth, knowledge of in house IT Standards implemented.
· Good knowledge of Databases and Scripting Languages
· In-depth knowledge of complete business and architecture of assigned application
· Must have good analytic and decision-making skills
· Experienced in writing test plans, test matrices, test data generation and execution of test plans
· Experienced in black box testing, Grey Box testing
· Experience in Testing Automation

Experience:
