FunMax Technologies is seeking a diligent and resourceful Admin to manage the daily operations of our administrative office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our office organized and running smoothly. You will oversee a team of 70 individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our documents, managing office supplies, and supervising various support teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset to enhance our administrative functions.
Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities, making sure all tools are operational and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Supervise and lead a team of administrative support staff, providing guidance and ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently.
  • Implement effective scheduling practices for team members, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and across different departments to promote collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures that enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Resolve any administrative challenges or issues that may arise within the office environment.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff members, providing training on administrative processes and company policies.
