We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to create seamless, responsive user experiences that prioritize performance and scalability. This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects using modern technologies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support application features.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Optimize application performance and scalability on both frontend and backend layers.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full technology stack.
- Engage in architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and participate in agile sprint cycles to ensure quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js (including frontend and API routes), and Node.js.
- Solid knowledge of CSS frameworks, especially TailwindCSS.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Firestore/Datastore, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, reusable code and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with TypeScript is advantageous.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Previous experience working in agile startup environments is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of Rs150,000 to Rs200,000 per month. Our work culture supports remote-friendly arrangements, providing flexibility while fostering collaboration.
