Senior Finance Executive

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a Senior Finance Executive to oversee comprehensive accounting operations within a manufacturing setting. The candidate plays a critical role in managing financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, and cash flow management by leveraging expertise in Odoo ERP. This position demands a highly organized professional with hands-on experience to lead accounting processes effectively and support ERP implementation and organizational financial improvements. The ideal Senior Finance Executive will lead and supervise a team of one finance professional, promoting accuracy and compliance in financial practices. This individual ensures that all accounting activities align with regulatory standards and internal controls while providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic planning. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including banks, for export-related financial matters and trade documentation.
Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and daily management of the Odoo ERP accounting module to enhance financial processing efficiency.
Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports to inform company leadership.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, cash balances, general ledger accounts, and inventory to maintain data integrity.
Monitor production costing and inventory valuation to assess profitability and cost control measures.
Coordinate with banking institutions to handle export-related financial documentation, such as letters of credit and trade finance.
Develop and update weekly cash flow forecasts to support effective financial planning and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and internal financial controls.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to optimize processes and promote accuracy.
Supervise and mentor a junior finance team member to maintain high standards of accounting and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to guarantee timely and accurate financial information flow.
Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform detailed financial analyses and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.
