Nurse / Paramedic

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Nurse / Paramedic to join their healthcare team. This role demands a professional who holds a valid nursing registration and possesses certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Life Support. The candidate should have at least five years of experience, preferably in ICU or Emergency Room settings. This position requires an individual with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a diploma in General Nursing, along with additional qualifications in Anesthesia or ICU Technology preferred. The Nurse / Paramedic will assume responsibility for delivering exceptional patient care while effectively managing a team of five persons, ensuring smooth operations in emergency and critical care environments. The role involves a comprehensive approach to emergency medical care, infection control, and patient communication. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing medical management systems and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction. The Nurse / Paramedic will play a critical role in fast-paced clinical settings, requiring the ability to think quickly, provide immediate care, and support the team's clinical procedures to maintain the highest standards of medical assistance and patient safety.
Responsibilities

Provide timely and efficient emergency medical care to patients in critical condition within ICU and Emergency Room environments.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, then plan and implement care strategies accordingly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Perform advanced life support procedures, including airway management, CPR, and trauma response in compliance with BLS, ACLS, and Trauma Life Support protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while adhering strictly to infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, explaining procedures, treatments, and health conditions to provide support and reassurance.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a healthcare team comprising five members, ensuring efficient workflow, training, and adherence to clinical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using medical management systems, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of data.
Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop, review, and modify treatment plans.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of medical equipment and treatment areas to prevent infections and cross-contamination.
Participate in continuous education and professional training programs to stay updated on medical techniques, emergency care standards, and technology advancements.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, making rapid assessments and decisions to stabilize patients and prepare them for further treatment or transfer.
Assist in anesthesia procedures and support ICU technicians as necessary, utilizing specialized knowledge from diploma training when preferred.
Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies regarding patient care quality and safety standards.
Promote a supportive and efficient team environment by guiding junior staff, fostering collaboration, and managing conflicts as they arise.
Prepare and maintain inventories of medical supplies and equipment necessary for emergency and critical care interventions.
