MBA in Supply Chain Management.
At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Age limit: Under 35 years.

Develop and execute materials requirement plans to optimize inventory levels and reduce the working capital cycle.
Efficiently manage stock levels and reorder points for all materials.
Oversee the physical management of materials within the plant premises, ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization.
Monitor materials issuance and receipt processes.
Track materials throughout their lifecycle and implement strategies to eliminate losses.
Perform regular materials balancing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Calculate and analyze yields derived from production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Identify slow-moving and obsolete materials and develop strategies to minimize their impact on working capital.
Oversee the efficient dispatch of finished goods to customer warehouses.
Generate regular status reports on materials management, production yields, and dispatch activities.
Proactively report any variances to management that could result in losses and implement control measures.
Take responsibility for all material movements within the factory premises, from issuance to finished goods.
Ensure the accurate collection of receipts for materials from production to customer warehouses.
Establish and maintain proper documentation and policies for materials issuance in real-time processing.
Identify opportunities to reduce departmental costs and develop strategies to minimize expenses.
Prepare and present departmental performance reports and strategies to the management team.
Responsible for material in and out, issuance of material, identifying wastages, and report generation.
