FTS is seeking an experienced Surveyor Total Station to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate will take charge of performing precise land and construction surveys , as well mechanical fabrication leveling related works, using Total Station technology, ensuring accurate collection, measurement, and analysis of survey data. This role involves fieldwork where the surveyor operates advanced Total Station equipment to record spatial data, map topography, and assist in site planning and development. The ideal professional must have at least five years of relevant experience and strong familiarity with survey data processing and analysis software to interpret and validate gathered information effectively. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, technical proficiency in coordinate measurement, and the capability to manage large amounts of geospatial data with precision. The Surveyor will collaborate closely with other technical experts to support construction, engineering, and land development projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and accuracy but will not be responsible for managing a team.


Responsibilities
  • Operate Total Station equipment to perform accurate land and construction surveys in various environments.
  • Collect, measure, and record spatial data, coordinates, and site information using Total Station technology.
  • Perform calculations and adjustments to field measurements to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize survey data processing and analysis software to analyze, process, and prepare survey reports.
  • Interpret topographical data to assist engineers and planners in project development and site design.
  • Ensure all survey activities comply with safety regulations and established quality standards.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide survey data and insights for decision-making and documentation.
  • Conduct field verification and resolve discrepancies between collected data and project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and maps based on survey results for project records and client review.
