About the role:

We are looking for talented and experienced individuals who will serve as a main point of contact for our customers and assist with their queries/concerns related to the IPTV products and services, thereby, providing an accurate resolution as per the defined process. 

As a Customer Representative, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to probe, perform the relevant diagnosis to the problem, and handle the opportunities to make an upsell or close a new sale, if need be. Being able to connect and empathize with our customers is important to our business, and above that, we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic of our employees who can blend in an amazing corporate culture and healthy work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound inquires over phone calls (provide Voice, Email and/or Chat Support as per requirements)
  • Handle customer concerns/queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and maintain documents/spreadsheets.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.

Job Requirements:

  • O Levels/Matric or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (American or neutral accent)
  • Comfortable with Night Shifts.
