Front-End Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with at least three years of professional experience to join our on-site development team based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js, and a proven track record of working on large-scale, complex web applications such as ERP systems, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, or other enterprise-level software. This role demands a detail-oriented developer who can build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly applications while collaborating closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders. The position requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Architect scalable frontend solutions for complex applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Create reusable components, libraries, and utilities to enhance development efficiency.
- Manage complex application structures involving multiple modules, dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and user roles.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and permission-based interfaces to meet enterprise security requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize application performance by addressing frontend bottlenecks related to rendering, API calls, state management, and component design.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services, handling authentication, authorization, error states, and validation.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving development standards and workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance application performance and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Proven experience working on large-scale and complex web applications, preferably ERP, SaaS, CRM, eCommerce, or enterprise-level systems.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or Context API.
- Expertise in REST API integration and handling authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with complex forms, dashboards, tables, reports, and data-driven interfaces.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficient with Git and version control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with existing codebases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- In-depth knowledge of Next.js features including SSR, SSG, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Experience handling large datasets, complex tables, filters, pagination, and reporting systems.
- Background in multi-tenant SaaS application development.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
