Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, introduce Blu Sky VA’s services, and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
- 1 year of experience in sales within a BPO/Call Center environment (preferred).
