Fresh Accountant

QF Network is looking for a motivated Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their team and support US-based accounting operations. This onsite role is based in Karachi and operates during the night shift, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to start their careers in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client accounting. The position offers practical experience working with international clients and cloud-based accounting software in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks specifically for US-based clients.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking using cloud-based accounting tools.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and month-end documentation.
- Assist the finance team with audits, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Communicate professionally with US clients via email and phone, requiring strong English language skills.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or enrollment in a related academic program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of US accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, or Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and an analytical approach to work.

- Shift: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Saturday)

- Monthly Salary Range: PKR 35,000 to PKR 50,000
