Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Support and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
- Assist in network and hardware upgrades, migrations, and security implementations.
- Ensure data and network security through firewalls, access controls, and regular system updates.
- Respond to IT support requests, incidents, and outages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and IT procedures.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for technical support and procurement.
