Real Estate Cold Calling Agent

Four Brothers Home seeks a dedicated Real Estate Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves actively reaching out to potential clients using cold calling techniques to generate leads and set appointments in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or call center environments and demonstrates excellent communication skills with a clear and easily understood accent for U.S. phone calls. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work the specified night shift are essential for success in this position. As a Real Estate Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships through attentive listening and proactive objection handling. You will enter call data accurately and maintain detailed call logs during each interaction. Strong time management skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software will enable you to efficiently schedule appointments and follow up with prospects. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, you will play a vital role in supporting Four Brothers Homes sales objectives by consistently generating qualified leads.
Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the real estate market to generate leads.
Use CRM software to document call information and manage client interactions accurately in real time.
Engage prospects using specially designed cold calling scripts, adapting communication to address specific client needs and concerns.
Set up appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
Handle objections professionally and effectively to maintain positive client relationships.
Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance to ensure consistent coverage during scheduled shifts.
Manage time efficiently to maximize the number of successful calls during the typical shift hours of 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
Ensure data entered during calls is accurate and complete to facilitate follow-up actions and reporting.
Demonstrate excellent active listening skills to understand client requirements and respond appropriately.
Work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures focused on reliability and quality.
