Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management:

    • Provide visionary leadership to the school community.
    • Oversee daily operations of the school, including academic programs and administrative functions.
    • Foster a positive school culture and ensure the implementation of the school's mission and vision.
  2. Academic Oversight:

    • Develop and implement academic programs and curricula aligned with educational standards and goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate student performance and academic progress.
    • Support and guide teachers in instructional methods and classroom management.
  3. Administrative Duties:

    • Manage school budgets and resources efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies.
    • Coordinate with the school board, parents, and community stakeholders.
  4. Staff Development:

    • Recruit, train, and evaluate school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel.
    • Promote professional development and continuous learning opportunities for staff.
  5. Student Welfare:

    • Create a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
    • Address and resolve student issues and concerns effectively.
    • Implement and oversee student discipline and behavior management policies.
  6. Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, local community organizations, and other stakeholders.
    • Promote community involvement in school activities and decision-making processes.
  7. Reporting and Evaluation:

    • Prepare and present reports on school performance, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of school programs and practices.
