Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing to the strategic plans and improving system productivity.
Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Issue materials and equipment as required by different departments.
Receive replacements of stocks and equipment and ensure that these are correct in terms of number and specification, as issued previously.
Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements and ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained.
Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of necessary parts, materials and equipment are maintained.
Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient store environment.
Maintain contact with relevant departments to ensure that stock items and stock levels meet their requirements.
To effectively utilize manpower to unload deliveries of raw materials.
To store goods in appropriate sections with tags and bin cards.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and adhering to storage design principles.
Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data.
Oversee all stock and ensure that these are stored efficiently and safely.
Develop and implement effective stock control and audit systems to ensure that all stocks are maintained at the levels necessary to meet production requirements.
Maintain all necessary records of goods stored and dispatched.
Implement 6S and different tools for efficient, effective and digitalized Warehousing.
Manage all internal and external audits with good scores.
