We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of hospital operations, including the Outpatient Department (OPD), In-patient care, financial management, staff coordination, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including the OPD and In-patient departments.
  • Manage the finances of the hospital, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain the hygiene and aesthetics of the hospital to create a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Manage the workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for hospital operations and patient care.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for consultants and new hires.
  • Develop, modify, and renew contracts and job descriptions as needed.
  • Arrange and organize meetings with staff, consultants, and higher management to discuss hospital operations and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong follow-up.
