For a General Contractor, we are looking for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager/ Project Estimator. This is a salaried position.
The Construction Civil Engineer/Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating Project activities
- Preparing Submittals, RFPs and RFIs
- Conducting takeoffs and preparing bid documents
- Hiring Subcontractors and managing equipments
- Prepare Health and Safety Plan (HASP)
Knowledge and Experience:
- Job Costing and Estimation
- AutoCAD and Shop drawings
- Primavera Scheduling Program
- Microsoft Office
- Must be able to speak and understand English language
