We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance Fitwell Hub’s online presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Conduct SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot) are a plus.
