Looking to hire a Social Media Chat Support Executive to manage customer queries, community management, and to close daily order sheets for a meal subscription business.
The work is easy, no technical skill needed, the person just needs to have friendly and upbeat mannerisms to deal with customers on chat/ call, & be responsible with scanning daily customer conversations to make changes in the order sheets for next day.
Timings need to be flexible (but you need to be online periodically from 8am to 8pm).
