Civil Engineer - Site Supervision / Planning

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in site supervision and construction activity planning for building projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

2. Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities to meet project timelines and milestones.

3. Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and stakeholders for efficient execution of tasks.

4. Inspect materials, workmanship, and overall site conditions to maintain quality control.

5. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.

6. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction, site supervision, and activity planning.

3. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.

4. Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera is highly desirable.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
